Order Processing
All orders are processed and carefully packaged within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification containing your tracking number when your order has shipped.
Secure & Insured Shipping
Given the value and vintage nature of our timepieces, we do not take risks with shipping. Every single Mystery Box is shipped fully tracked and insured. This ensures your vintage watch travels safely from our vault directly to your hands.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (Belgium): Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.

European Union: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.

International: Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship globally. However, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. David's Watch Vault is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@davidswatchvault.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
